Request an RMA code
During the request process, you will receive an RMA code, for which you will need to provide the following information:
- Proof of purchase of the defective product, either: (1) a dated receipt issued to the user at the time of purchase, or (2) a dated invoice or receipt from the retailer stating the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) status, or (3) a dated invoice or receipt showing the product's warranty.
- the model number (SKU) of the defective product
- a detailed description of the error; and
- shipping address for the shipment of the repaired or (if applicable) replaced product.
By submitting the RMA form, you confirm that the information is complete and accurate to the fullest extent possible.
